Main role purpose:
The post holder reports to the Mechanical Maintenance Manager of the site and is responsible for the complete shutdown of installations taking place once every 4 years (Budget 6M€) but also line shutdowns taking place throughout the year (Budget <1M€).
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Guarantee the quality and safety of interventions throughout the shutdown phase.
- Define the means necessary for the preparation of the shutdown and track progress.
- Mobilize internal and external collaborators to carry out the shutdown and plan the preparation by establishing and respecting the schedule.
- Ensure and communicate the status of shutdowns to production unit managers and site management.
- Develop and monitor budgets.
Key skills & experience required:
- Degree in mechanics or electromechanics with 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in the preparation and management of major outages.
- Good command of project management (planning, load/resource adequacy, project management with cross-functional resources).
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge in the different fields of industrial mechanics.
- Knowledge of SAP software (or any other CMMS software) and Office is an asset.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to develop and monitor team action plans.

Able to work effectively work in a multidisciplinary team and manage cross-functionally.
