Mechanical Engineering Summer Internship

This is a rare opportunity to take up a Summer Internship with us, at one of Scotland’s largest manufacturing sites – with a business that has already made a commitment and is actively working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from its operations in Grangemouth by more than 60% by 2030. As part of our road map to target net zero by 2045, we are already making significant investments in emissions reduction projects, including more than £1bn to support the production of blue hydrogen. And for the first time in a long time we are looking to offer summer internships for instrumentation and electrical engineering roles.
Successful candidates will be contributing from Day One, working on real projects and gaining invaluable work experience to add to your CV and give you practical examples to draw upon for your final year at University.

• Are in their penultimate year of a master’s degree
• Have ambition and personal motivation
• Have the ability to work under pressure and with confidence
• Can demonstrate a drive for action, initiative and delivery and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Have excellent communication skills
