Material Manager (F/M/D)
OUR JOB AT INEOS STYROLUTION
In this role, you ensure that customer orders are fulfilled so that the confirmed delivery dates are met in the most economical way.
This means that you monitor supply and demand on a daily basis, based on a consideration of each item, and that you look at each concrete supply situation in relation to the customer's order processing and internal demand.
You follow up on delivery problems and continuously improve the efficiency of SCM deliveries.
You deal with return shipments
You keep an eye on the monthly planning and ensure that the daily supply and demand issues are met.
As a point of contact you will, together with your customer service colleagues, resolve material planning, general planning, product management and supply issues in accordance with guidelines as defined in the company rules.
YOUR PROFILE

You have a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology or Business Administration and can already present about 5 years of experience in Material Planning, Material Handling and SCM in a production, purchasing, logistics or supply chain management environment in the chemical industry.
You are used to working with customers, suppliers, products and applications.
You know the logistics, the different transport modes, the methods & techniques for material handling and planning and the strategies for material planning.
You have a detailed understanding of SCM & business processes.
You are a professional who can convince others in an adequate way and who can communicate with different levels in the organization.
You are fluent in Dutch and English
