Major Activities :
- Maintenance and repair services : According to production plans, develop, monitor, implement and review the policies and procedures of maintenance services
- Production planning support : Evaluate maintenance and repairing schedule to provide realistic and useful recommendation on production planning together with production team
- Budget and cost control : Administer annual budget according to approval budget
- Spare part management : Update and keep optimal spare part inventory focusing on critical facilities and considering aging equipment
- Facility improvement : Review, monitor failure history and propose, implement facility improvement with cost effectiveness
- Audit management : Prepare internal and external audit such as ISO, KGS, PSM etc
- Contractor management : Control contractors including outsourcing company and evaluate the performance of contract services
- SHE : According to SHE requirements. Observe the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures
- Outcome : Stable operation and optimize production
Special features
Major qualifications :
- Electrical and instrumentation work experience +5 years
- Preferential treatment for E&I with relevant certificates
- College graduated in Electrical and Instrumentation department
- A knowledge of the international standard and specification for electricity, instrument
- A knowledge of PLC and design of electric sequence drawing and logic diagram
