Maintenance Engineer mechanic (F/M)
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the daily and weekly maintenance work preparation
- Support for the performance of tasks related to operator obligations (in accordance with § 5 BImSchG) within the framework of the operation of the ABS plant
- Fulfillment of the delegated tasks within the scope of perception responsibility for the assets and technical facilities in the asset
- In this context, delegation and also self-responsible execution of tasks to the subordinate employees
- Designation / Use as: Qualified person for pressure according BetrSichV
- Ensuring the implementation and supervision of delegated tasks: Monitoring / control of the implementation of relevant laws, regulations and directives within the framework of the operation of the installation
- Periodic inspection to maintain the proper technical condition of the installations
- Monitoring of all technical maintenance and modification work as well as inspections and acceptance tests required by relevant laws and regulations
- Implementation and documentation of internal safety audits
- Organization, initiation, implementation and documentation of the necessary tests and maintenance
- Coordinate the asset-specific maintenance requirements and implement the defined maintenance strategy: Development of state analyzes of the plants in the area of Mechanic
- Elaboration of alternative scenarios on the consequences of different maintenance strategies
- Illustration of the annual maintenance strategy within SAP and other systems as well as communication of the consequences with the maintenance employees, central functions
- Determination / adjustment of the necessary personnel requirements on the basis of the defined requirements
- Control / coordination of the execution of pro- / reactive maintenance: Planning, initiating and controlling technical maintenance and alteration work as well as the necessary inspections and acceptance tests according to relevant laws and regulations
- Storage of necessary spare parts and spare parts in cooperation with the central material management as well as the direct procurement of plant-specific spare parts together with the procurement under technical and economic aspects
- Determination of the tasks (factual / temporal) to ensure the technical documentation according to the guidelines of the asset and, if necessary, the initiation of revisions
- Responsibility for the monitoring of technical assets, mechanical installations and equipment according to the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health regulation (“Betriebssicherheitsverordnung”), the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (“Arbeitsschutzgesetz”) and many other related accident prevention regulations
Education & Knowledge:
- Dipl.-Ing. or Master Degree in Engineering and good knowledge of 4-5 years as an Mechanic Engineer
- Lead by SHE Example
- Several years of professional experience in maintenance
- Special trainings for qualified person for pressure according to BetrSichV
- Applied engineering and manufacturing management skills, including technical troubleshooting, project engineering, design and project management/execution
- Maintaining and /or servicing rotating equipment
- Reliability analysis tools such as FMEA and RCFA
- Experience in dealing with partner companies
- Economic analysis in support of business decisions

- Good knowledge of SAP systems and MS Office
