Maintenance Document Specialist

Role Synopsis

This position provides technical and documentation support to the maintenance, operations, and manufacturing teams.  All I&E documentation work is completed in SAP (equipment history, create work order notifications, relief valve inspections, test results, maintenance time tracking, etc).  Additional RFCA, inspection tracking, SIS documentation, and equipment files are maintained (IGGN compliance).

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain and document equipment history for all I&E Work Orders in SAP
  • Create Work Order notifications as needed or requested
  • Create annual vacation selection, on-call, and overtime schedules for Maintenance (weekly update)
  • Enter equipment history on all I&E Relief Valves, ensure test history sheet received by SAP Associate in timely manner
  • Maintain the Maintenance and Reliability webpages using Sharepoint
  • Timekeeper for Maintenance Salaried employees for exceptions only in SAP
  • Manage and maintain the RCFA, Inspection Program and various equipment files in Documentum
  • Manage and maintain SIS documentation
  • Monitor Integrated Tracking Report and VTA reports for I&E
  • Enter equipment history on Maintenance Work Orders and Equipment Calibrations in SAP
  • Scan and attach documents to SAP Work Orders
  • Maintain inventory records on all I&E test equipment, send out test equipment for calibrations
  • Keep monthly I&E Procedure Checklist Binder up to date with copies of all checklists, forms and SOPs in checklist format
