The post holder is responsible for delivering sustainable Manufacturing Excellence improvement projects that achieve a positive impact and contribute to wall-to-wall programmes as a specialist in maintenance, TAR and reliability areas.
Ensure the delivery of Manufacturing Excellence through the development and implementation of standardised systems and processes.
Lead the delivery of step-change improvement projects in line with SHE requirements and the MEx Road Map, resulting in an optimisation of the TAR & maintenance process and/or an improvement in reliability.
Lead the analysis of optimisation projects.
Lead the TAR Best Practice Group to create an environment and skill base capable of delivering world class TARs.
Lead the development of improvement project resources in the best practice methodologies and spread the know-how across the relevant people involved.
Liaise with other INEOS businesses and sites to share best practice.
