Your Role
Logistics Service Provider (LSP) Management is a strategic function selecting, nominating and integrating supply chain partners ensuring their compliance to all applicable health, safety, legal, customs requirements, SLA’s and KPI’s. LSP Contract Mgmt. sets Framework for operational teams to execute.
Responsabilities Include (but are not limites to)
- Lead Selection & nomination process for intra-logistics service provider in plant Hambach
- Execute routine process on managing agreed SLA`s and KPI`s with the nominated logistics service providers on campus
- Lead creation of required scope of work / spec books for the LSP and manage changes with commercial impacts
- Interface to LSP for all non-operational topics and liaise strongly with SC Operations for any relevant claims and development needs
- Challenge traditional supply chain thinking whilst respecting sound principles and processes
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 5+ years SCM experience ideally at OEM or Tier-1 supplier
- Experience in collaborating with logistics service providers
- Experience in working cross functionally and managing small projects
- Organized, good communication & negotiation skills and drive for continuous improvement
- Languages: French, English, German
