Lead Engineer - Piping OSBL

We are looking for a

1. Key result areas: Technical expertise
   
   Major activities :

• Development of piping specifications (customize/company Standard).
• Perform Stress analysis using renowned computer software (i.e Caesar 11).
• Technical co-ordination with all disciplines related to engineering effort.
• Prepare material requisitions for piping commodities and piping mechanical specialty items.
• Preparation of RFQ, Bid evaluations & coordination with vendors.
• Interface with Materials Controls system, to ensure commodity purchase.
• Participation in Design Reviews.
• Preparation of all associated lists, i.e. Specialty items, Piping tie-ins etc.
• Maintain material / valve description database up-to-date.
• Develops / maintains standard specification sheets for engineered items.
• Create line list and keep updated.
• Review of Contractor's piping documents and layouts
• Responding to technical queries
• Participation in 3D model reviews
  
  Outcome:Ensure best-in-class engineering is integral part of the design and operation of the assets of the JV.

   Major activities :

• Propose and watch over budget and timelines
• Coordination with other engineering disciplines
• Coordination with Contractors' piping specialists
• Attendance at project review meetings and meetings with contractors
