We are looking for a

Key Account Executive - Standard product Thailand

Bangkok,Thailand (TH) 

Purpose of the job:  

•             Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve Standard Businesses sales target and maximize company profit in any market conditions.

•             Supports the global/regional key account business/transplants in Thailand. Maintain key account sales & service within the territory

Environment/Context:  

External

•             Market dynamics and competition environment

•             End user design trends and industries requirement

•             Customer relationship management

•             To be representative of company bringing company value to customers.

Internal

•             Achieve Target agreement including SHE/Sales Target/Project Target and assigned target.

•             Aligning Business objectives with customer requirements

•             Cooperating with internal stakeholders i.e. Logistics/RDC/KAM/GKAM/Technical Services

Accountabilities of the job:  

1.            Marketing:

•             Implement the marketing strategies in order to meet the country sales target.

•             Updating marketing intelligence and market data to enhance sales performance.

•             To visualize market information and maintain database.

•             To conduct promotion activity

  • Regular customer visiting.
  • Maintain relationship with customer and establish new relationship to related stakeholder
  • Product introduction, Training

2.            Sales Management:

•             To manage customer RSF, delivery schedule in order to meet demand and supply condition.

•             To manage / negotiate price, sales contract under company strategy, company guideline and customer requirement.

•             To develop new area in order to expand business in Thailand.

•             To manage sales condition under company target (Profit, Payment term, DSO).

3.            Technical Support

•             Coordinate with Technical team to provide technical knowledge to customer to meet their technical requirement.

•             Update and follow any regulatory issues actively with the government sectors i.e. Thai FDA.

4.            Reporting

•             To support GKAM/KAM by reporting / updating situation.

•             To support management for specific reporting.
