Having committed to significant investment over the next few years, we now require a CUI Maintenance Specialist with relevant experience to play a key role in the delivery and support of this growth in our business.

Job Purpose

  • Coordinate the execution of all work for the CUI Project.
  • Fully and correctly identify the scope of work for all CUI activities.
  • Prepare WONs as necessary for all resources necessary to successfully deliver the scope (e.g. scaffold, lagging, inspection, NDT and other specialists).
  • Schedule work appropriately within WCS maintenance planning system.
  • Manage the workscope of the legacy/historic CUI program to ensure work is complete, CoCs are finalized and work is closed out.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Deliver an integrated and cost effective CUI program to KG ensuring individual work packages are completed on time and within budget.
  • Drive the execution of individual SIPs activities.
  • Drive contractor productivity and identify/eliminate issues that adversely affect productivity
  • Monitor contractor performance and report to the CUI & SIPs Team Leaders on issues identified.
  • Coordinate with the KG site scheduler
  • Assist in the development of workpacks & issuing such scope to the contractor.
  • Create permits for planned workscope activities
  • Influence the contractor & employees by mentoring, coaching, training or other legitimate means to deliver the required tasks/workscopes in the manner and to the quality required by INEOS.
  • Control and update the QA Tracker and ensure CoCs are provided for completed workscopes.

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of the budgeting process and cost control
  • Ability to self-start and be proficient in Microsoft suite of software systems.
  • Be able to network effectively with a strong bias for action
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplined teams, both Ineos and 3rd Party
  • Track record in successfully delivering set piece events e.g. plant outages, TARs, projects.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • HNC and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • A time served maintenance background with good communication and organisational skills.
  • A detailed understanding of the maintenance workflow process and scheduling tools (Primavera)
  • A detailed understanding of the Maximo maintenance system.
