Main role purpose:
The post holder will manage a newly established Inspection Department, leading the implementation of high-level inspection standards to ensure the ongoing safety and productivity of assets.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
• Develop the site inspection organisation according to INOVYN and INEOS requirements.
• Deploy risk-based inspections for each production asset.
• Organise internal/external inspection resources, including Operating Envelopes (OE) compliance/excursions.
• Review inspection plans (end-of-life of equipment, evergreening) based on inspection results and according to Company or external codal/legal changes.
• Create inspection regimes for new projects.
Key skills & experience required:
- Civil or Industrial Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years in industry (maintenance, technical office, construction).
- High regard for safety, health and the environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Able to prioritize tasks and projects.
- An experienced leader, able to positively influence team members and others in the organisation.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
