INEOS has an exciting opportunity for an Indirect Procurement Coordinator/ Production Facility Information Processor to join our INEOS Composites business at our Los Angeles, CA location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Manufacturing function. This position will report to the Office/Materials Manager

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Maintain files of incoming raw materials, office and operating supplies, process orders, vendor invoices, and miscellaneous items.

  • Maintain inventory and reorder as necessary office and plant operating supplies.

  • Resolve invoice discrepancies in SAP workflow

  • Plant contact for HR queries from employees.

  • Visitor Reception - Answer incoming telephone calls, general reception duties including greeting visitors, signing delivery bills.

  • Perform good receipts in SAP of select direct and indirect purchases.

  • Backs up purchasing duties of Office and Materials Manager when away from office / on vacation.

  • Backup Material Coordinator when absent or on vacation: Inventory coordinator. Cycle count generation, entry, reconciliation, documentation and following the INEOS inventory process.Scheduling expedited shipments of raw materials.

  • Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and practices in compliance with established procedures, including performing training as required.

  • Special projects as assigned by supervisor.


In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • 1-2 years experience in Purchasing or Office Administration

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.


The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:

  • Experience using SAP and Office 365 software
