The Opportunity

Based initially at Grangemouth HQ, our graduates find themselves working on real projects with experienced engineers who will mentor and guide them through to Professional Chartership from the start. You will immediately develop key skills and experiences required for a successful career in your discipline. We have graduate opportunities in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumental and Electrical engineering.

You will be embedded within an experienced engineering team and given a real job with real responsibilities from Day 1. About you

We are seeking the very best engineering graduates who demonstrate the following:

  • A minimum of 2:1 Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical Engineering
  • Ambition and personal motivation
  • The ability to work under pressure and with confidence
  • A drive for action, initiative and delivery – a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent communication skills

We will consider graduates that have graduated within the last 2 years and have up to two years of relevant work experience.
