Key Result Areas: Key Result Areas: Incident free operations, Adherence to INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines, Compliance with local regulations.
Major Activities:
- Participate on regular safety training at site:
- Safety rules and guidelines
- Operating procedures
- Incident sharing and learning
- Permit to work and Risk Assessment, etc.
- Active support to the safety culture at site and work safely for incident free operation.
- Understand and follow annual SHE improvement plan for the site.
- Work in line with SHE KPIs and Targets set by management from time to time.
- Contribute to Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program at site.
- Participate on training at site to take BBSO to next level of reporting
- Support Site SHE committee to resolve safety issues and drive SHE performance.
- Active leadership in contractor training and safety compliance for the site in general and project implementation in particular.
- Be conscious that all incidents including Near Miss at site must be reported, investigated and action items must be tracked to closure.
- Active use of KMS for incident reporting and investigation, MOC, action item tracking
- Collaborate to track and close all SHE related action items from audit, plant walkthroughs.
- Support the Asset Manager, responsible for the overall integrity of the site.
- Contribute to INEOS Styrolution Asset Care program.
- Take responsibility for maintaining the asset and integrity of the protective system.
- Follow site procedures aligned with INEOS Group Guidance Notes (IGGNs).
- Accountable for,
- Following and practicing INEOS 20 principles of Behavior Safety and Process Safety at site through IGGN’s & site rules and procedures.
- Following and practicing Life Saving Rules at site.
- Safety of other Employees, Contractors, Visitors and partners at site
- Following Permit to Work as per the site procedure.
- Following Management of Change (MOC) as per the site procedure
- Responsible for
- Participating in SHE Activities at site as per procedure
- Tracking action items from SHE Activities to closure.
- Work in compliance with all legal regulations.
- Adherence to site licenses and permits.
- Participate on the INEOS Styrolution Sustainability program at site.
- Stop work whenever there is an unsafe condition and immediately inform the Shift Leader and/or Head of Department.
- Directly intervene with those in your working area not using PPE or not following INEOS Styrolution standards and procedures.
- Maintain the respective workplace in order and clean, as per best practices of housekeeping.
- Key Result Areas: Recruitment
Major Activities:
- Prepare the advertisement to announce within the company for job vacancy and send to outsource company.
- Support Manager to contact recruitment agency on placement the advertisement and/ or hiring via outsources.
- Organize interview and related on-boarding process.
- Support Manager to handle the staff movement on promotion, rotation by ensuring all documents are prepared and reviewed and in the scope of law (if any)
- Support Manager for working with Regional team in the recruitment program.
Key Result Areas: People Development
Major Activities:
- Coordinate with area managers to diagnose employees’ competency in order to see the gap for development.
- Analyze and handle all training process e.g. contact and review the course outline with the trainers, arrange all facilities, etc.
- Coordinate and monitor with the area managers to follow up the employees’ effectiveness.
- Process leadership program for successors. / Talent.
- Be the trainer for new comers on company induction.
- Record training in database.
- Involve in ISO audited by outside party on “employees’ training” issue.
- To be a window person of LMS in SF system and working closely with Regional to promote LMS in Thailand.
Key Result Areas: Employee engagement
Major Activities:
- Maintain good networking with neighboring company in sharing information on employees
- Organize employee meeting to all areas to get the feedback and/ or answering to them.
- Support manager to set the events to employee’s e.g. physical yearly checkup, employees’ birthday, New Year, sport complex, outing, etc.
- Contact, negotiate with the vendors for organizing the events.
- Provide solutions to employees when asked the questions on company regulation and others people related.
Key Result Areas: Data & report
Major Activities:
- Update, review, and summarize attendance & OT record to ensure that data is ready for payroll process.
- Train Managers /staff to use attendance / OT database.
- Train the representative from various departments to use training program for recording.
- To do the monthly leave report. (Annual leave, Sick leave or absent reports)
- Support the head of department for working the time attendance program.
Key Result Areas: Internship program center
Major Activities:
- Coordinate with the institutes, universities in case there is the request of internship.
- Organize and coordinate with departments to have internship on board until finish the program.

Major Activities:
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
- Other duties as assigned from time to time
