Head of Standard Sales

Responsible for all activities related domestic market to achieve sales targets for maximizing business profitability. Specific responsibilities include annual and short-termed sales plans, market development, market research and planning, strategic direction for promotion and coordinating with sales and directing the daily activities of the team. Establish sales targets to meet company’s objectives and partner with other related teams, e.g. production, QC and logistics to ensure maximizing customer satisfaction for major customers. Formulate, direct and lead market innovation project to ensure future business success. Also promote and develop the team members as a team head.

Required profile

  • University degree, relating Sales & Marketing or Chemical engineering relevant majors academically
  • More than 10 years of working experience in Chemical industry
  • At least 5 years sales and marketing experience
  • More than 2years in supervisory position
  • Understand our plant process and know product and market in Korea
  • Basic knowledge finance and accounting
  • Proficiency in Korean and English
