HR Officer (F/M)
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job: Describe the main results expected from the job
Recruitment
- Responsible for the recruit of front site junior positon. Include posting want ad., resume sourcing and interview arrangement.
- Assist HR BP to handle the admin process of recruiting channel development, such payment issue, contract renewal.
- Collection recruit data and make analysis of recruit effectivity under the guide of HR manager
Onboarding and documental management
- In charge of the whole process of onboarding, include medical check arrangement, company account application, onboarding documents collection and filing.
- Responsible for the employment documents filing timely and correct and make sure the HR system updated synchronous with original documents
- In charge of the government insurance process and commercial insurance process.
- Giving advice to HR manager to optimize the onboarding process continuously.
- Responsible for the contract renewal follow up and assist HR manager to handle the paper work of employment if required.
Attendance and leaving record
- In charge of the government insurance process and commercial insurance process.
- Collection and checking of department’s attendance record and response for the accuracy. make sure the and annual Leave’s daily management
- Collection and checking of department is leaving record to make sure the leaving application is under the principle of leaving policy.
Training and employee activities
- In charge of the certificate training implement and ensure all compulsive certificate management comply with the relevant legislation
- Assist HR manager to follow up the implementation of annual training plan and update the training record timely and correctly.
- Assist to deal with the employee’s complaint base on the company policies and local legislation
- Assist HR manager to promote company culture through various channels
Others
- 5S issues of HR department.
- The other works assigned by the Manager.
- Participate companies’ safety management system, to achieve HSE objectives.
