For our location in Böblingen (Stuttgart area) we are looking for a HR Working Student or Intern (m/f/d)
Your Role: The Intern will support the HR colleagues, but not just in Germany, also in UK and Portugal with many HR topics, as described below.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support of the "Employee Lifecycle" in close coordination with the HR Director, HR Business Partners and the global HR team
- Support the onboarding program for new employees
- Support the maintenance of employee data in HR systems and digital personnel files
- Creation of HR documents and updating of databases
What we are looking for:
- Degree in business administration - ideally with a focus on HR / personnel management or comparable
- Relevant professional experience in administrative tasks
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Structured and independent way of working as well as strong service orientation
- Fluent written and spoken English
