Global/Regional Key Account Manager

We are looking for a

Global/Regional Key Account Manager 

Seoul,Korea (the Republic of) (KR) 

As part of standard APAC team, establish and implement sales strategy for PS and Standard ABS to the Korean Key Accounts and, in coordination with the regional Sales Lead, ensure sustainable business growth through strategic management of the Korean Key Accounts in order to achieve the short term and long term strategic targets of standard business management

Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job

  • Achieve annual target sales volume and profitability of Polystyrene and Standard ABS to Korean Key Accounts
  • Conduct business strategy to fit market requirement to achieve strategic business target
  • Implement price strategy and process to achieve target sales profitability
  • Manage account receivables properly to achieve target working capital, DSO with no customer bankruptcy
  • Update market knowledge to develop APAC business strategy of Polystyrene and Standard ABS
  • Maintain customer relationship and promote corporate identity and brand in the market
  • Support development and implementation of Standard APAC projects (e.g. Eco polymers)

Required profile

Level of education & Knowledge:

  • Graduate level university degree in business administration, chemical engineering, chemistry, polymer science or related subjects. MBA is preferable
  • Fluent English and Korean in speaking and writing

Experience in general:

  • 8-10 years of working experience with minimum of 5 years of experience in sales jobs and direct customer contacts
  • Professional experience in the respective key account industry
  • Project management experience
  • Professional experience in Plastic industry

Technical and Professional skills:

  • Familiar with INEOS Styrolution organization and processes
  • Product technology and INEOS Styrolution portfolio
  • Deep knowledge of products, technology & customer (organization)
  • Economic knowledge
  • Contract Law
  • Quality management
