The Role: The Experiential Marketing Manager will passionately develop, plan and implement the Americas marketing strategy with a particular focus on events and brand partnerships. They will work closely with various internal, external and international team members to innovatively conduct marketing and communication activities to build the Grenadier brand. Collaborating with marketing partners to develop creative, engaging and on-brand content and activations. Awareness of retail partners’ requirements and capabilities, ensuring that their events are aligned to the Grenadier brand and sit well alongside INEOS Group events. Supporting the customer community as it develops with engagement on social media and experiences tailored to them. This role will lead the development of partnerships with like-minded brands and personalities to create top-notch activations and content.

For the Experiential Marketing Manager we are looking for:
- Marketing experience either agency or client side is desirable
- Event planning and execution experience is essential
- Exposure to the automotive sector, particularly 4x4s would be advantageous
- Confident and outgoing, willing to make suggestions and challenge the status quo
- Self-motivated and passionate, excited to build a new brand with a small team
This pivotal role in the Americas team requires extensive experience, a can-do attitude and an appetite to create top quality events and build sustainable partnerships within the Americas region.
