To support Site HR & Administration manager in facilitating, HR and Administration function at Site for ensuring implementation of HR policy, procedure and practices, Cordial industrial relations, improvement of employee morale, facilitating change processes for productivity improvement, general administration and to ensure statutory compliance under Labour Laws as applicable at the Site from time to time.
B. Environment/Context/Complexity of the job: Describe the most important internal and external factors influencing the job
Internal:
- To support Site HR & Admin manager in Compliance with ISO-9001 & 14001 pertaining to Site HR & Administration function.
- Compliance of SHE regulations and Code of Conduct of the company.
External:
- To support Site HR & Admin manager for Ensuring compliance of all the statutory requirements, Statutory Authorities, Factory Inspectorate, Labour authorities and other Law enforcing authorities

F. Required profile:
Level of education & Knowledge:
- Full time Bachelor of Commerce with Postgraduate degree in HR / IR Management from recognized university.
Experience in general:
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in HR and IR function preferably in a reputed company, at Site level.
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of Site HR, IR and Administration functions & exposure to Labor Laws as applicable to manufacturing set up.
Competencies, Behavioral skills: (acc. to competency profile and required level of descriptions)
- Interpersonal relationship
- Communication & counselling skill
- Analytical ability to avoid any errors during work.
- Computer literacy / Exposure of MS office and must be good at preparing PPT 7 reports in excel.
- Reliable & Valuing - respecting people
Legal Training Requirements
- Under the provision (111-A) of the Factories Act 1948, reading with Gujarat Factory Rules 1963 about General Health & Safety, Emergency response, handling of hazardous substance
Job Requirement:
- Physically fit, must be able to climb ladders and stairs.
- Walking up to 8 hours a day.
