Your Career: As the Global Event Specialist of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: The role of Global Event Specialist will work with the Global Event Manager and wider regional Events Teams to support the execution of the events strategy. Supporting the long-term events planning, design and roll-out of the events. Managing stakeholder and agency relationships to help build the profile of Grenadier events. Planning and delivering high quality activations, to budget while monitoring results to enable accurate reporting of achievements.

Since our inception in 2017 and despite the global challenges of 2020, we have accomplished our desired milestones in 2021. As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4x4 in 2022. As the Global Event Specialist you will play a huge part in this. For the Global Event Specialist we are looking for:
- Event experience either agency or client side
- Experience in the automotive sector is useful but not essential
- Project Management experience and working towards tight and flexible, changing deadlines essential
- Cultural understanding and experience of working with multiple markets/regions outside of the UK essential
- Experience co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously and managing multiple suppliers (or agencies) at one time for successful delivery essential
- An understanding of designing and delivering events to hit specific business goals
- Experience in tracking and reporting outcomes to evaluate and optimise multiple events against core KPIs.
