European Customer Service Manager

Function:Business

Location:Evere (Belgium) or Runcorn (UK)

Organisation context and main job purpose

The post holder is responsible to manage the Inovyn Customer Service Group to ensure customer orders are executed along the defined order to cash (OTC) process to consistently meet the agreed level of customer service both in Europe and export regions.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

•    Set and deliver SHE performance targets: zero reportable or classified incidents within all Inovyn hubs 
•    Create cost effective Inovyn Customer Service organisation and ensure the appropriate support to deliver the EBITDA targets for the business
•    Manage the Customer service Team to deliver daily operations and support the running of the business to consistently achieve the agreed high level of customer satisfaction.
•    Leading the development of the Teams
•    Respond to business needs to maximize potential opportunities

Key skills and knowledge required

Technical skills

•    Good understanding of business and customer service environment
•    Knowledge of value chain & supply chain chemical industry
•    Fluent in written and spoken English. Appreciated other languages.
•    Good knowledge of production lines
•    Previous Management experience in Projects & Change Management.
•    Good IT skills.

Behavioral skills

•    Experience in working and managing multicultural teams and also remote management experience.
•    Ability to efficiently utilise resources to ensure the implementation of change.
•    Ability to effectively work in a dynamic and demanding environment where results matter.
•    Ability to lead, coach and influence own team, key roles within the business and customers.
