Our benefits
Our five-year European Commercial Graduate Programme is designed to give you a breadth of experience early in your career. Based throughout some of our European sites (Germany, Belgium, France, and UK) you will typically move into a new role every two years – this will involve moving between countries, INEOS businesses, and functions. Some of the different areas you could work in include: Supply Chain, Logistics, Trading & Shipping, Procurement, Operations and Business Development.
Each role will provide you with a new challenge and hands-on training. Individual guidance and support by a mentor, soft skills training, and corporate events will enable you to gain a wide range of experience and networks essential for career development.

Your requirements
- Outstanding degree ideally in a numerate, engineering, or science related subject
- Commercial interest and aptitude
- Initiative, drive, and resilience
- Strong communication skills: minimum C1 in written and spoken English
- Flexibility and mobility during the programme
