The Position: Electrical Maintenance & Instruments Supervisor - Supervises Maintenance activities, the technical and human resources assigned to follow up on th preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the Electrical and Instrument discipline in the Plant assigned, with the aim of keeping the facilities operationg within the optimal safety and efficiency parameters established by the business unit, through the application of procedures, routines, strategies and best practice in the matter.
Requirements:
Level of Education & knowledge:
Electrical Engineer, Control Engineer
Experiencia in general:
At least 3 years of experience in DCS Systems
At least 3 years of experiencie working in a Chemical o Petrochemical Company
Al least 3 years of experience in personnel Supervisor
Experience in pressure, temperature, level, vibration, and flow measuring equipment
Experiencie in measurement technologies: pressure, level, temperature, flow,
Knowledge in Safety, Quality
Knowledge in Root Cause Analysis
Technical skills:
Electrical & Instruments Maintenance Principles
SAP Planning & Schedulling
Electrical and Instruments management
Management of resources
Planning and Excecution maintenance program
English - Intermediate level - Written & Spoken
Competencies:
Reliability and Responsibility, Orientation to results, Customer Orientation, Valuing and Respecting People
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Budget control - Works on a daily basis with the effective planning of resources to achieve an optimal balance of the assigned budget.
Compliance with personal safety and process safety company guidelines. Commited with cero safety incidents philosophy.
Technical compliance - Provides trouble-shooting support and follow-up on instrumentation and electrical equipment failures, determing root cause and identifying actions to prevent recurrence
Assure all maintenance activities meet with the Company according with the technical standards.
Provide support to the Project Department in order to feedback of Site Engineering Standards.
Participate in CaPex program for removal asset.
Reliability compliance - Impulses & develops plan to eliminate or reduce the losses through root cause analysis, obtains approval of the plan and facilitates the implementation to increase both plant availability and reliability.
Responsible for developing/maintaining programs and systems to support the Asset Management of the Site’s facilities through the application of reliability tools.
Develop and apply engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that can affect plants operation using RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) , RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) . methodologies
Personnel management - Trains, assists his/her personal in ther tehcnical skills.
Physical demands: Daily field walkarounds, daily use of PC, troubleshooting support 24/7
