ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

The ERP Manager is accountable for providing technical direction, support & maintenance for 2 separate SAP instances and related applications (ERP Systems) for FPS and PetroIneos businesses. The role is also responsible for managing multi-regional outsourced 3rd party contracts.

The post-holder will develop & implement strategies & processes to enhance business performance through delivery of project tasks. You will also continue to meet the existing business requirements and day-to-day operations including achieving / maintaining external audit compliance / FSA registrations.

In this role you are responsible for managing incidents and unplanned outages relating to ERP System. You will also, facilitate networks of Super Users and actively mandate IT Governance processes whilst providing expertise within a functional area of SAP (FI/CO and Internal Controls or SD/MM and Integration).

ABOUT YOU

You must be:

  • A self-starter, with strong team-working, influencing, communication and other interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with passion for service delivery and attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator at all levels of the organisation, including senior management.

You should also have:

  • Expert understanding of 1 or more SAP modules.
  • A detailed understanding of SAP architecture and capabilities including ERP related applications.
  • Technical configuration experience in SAP Essential; at least 7 full project cycles and minimum 6 years of support experience.
