The Role: Digital Marketing Manager

As Global Digital Marketing Manager you will lead Grenadier’s digital marketing strategy to take INEOS Automotive to the next level of customer experience and growth. You will work with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for our customers throughout the entire customer journey, optimising our current website and proposing new digital experiences to drive conversion and increase retention.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for INEOS Automotive and Grenadier, from the initial brand touchpoints through to the development of a customer communications framework
  • Alongside the Customer Experience Manager, identifying opportunities to increase conversion, improve the lead lifecycle and increase customer retention
  • In conjunction with Grenadier customer journey mapping, define and roadmap digital touchpoints and identify gaps and opportunities
  • Define and lead a clear and concise measurement framework
  • Develop digital and data governance for all global regions and markets, including developing staff guides, internal policies and training materials.
  • Participate in Global Marketing Council to drive consistency and sharing of best practice between regions
  • Define and implement global and regional SEO and Search strategy

For our Digital Marketing Manager we are looking for:

  • Working knowledge and experience of working with a marketing database, integration with website and email marketing systems
  • Digital project management experience with ecommerce experience desirable
  • Experience with an Enterprise MarTech stack, particularly DXP, CRM & CDP
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience in strategic Customer/Automation management and campaign implementation
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong understanding of advertising and reporting platforms
  • Significant experience of web analytics and an understanding of HTML (desirable)
  • Digital/Media agency management experience
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build bridges between technical and non-technical staff
