The Role: Digital Marketing Executive

This individual will assist in the delivery of digital activity for INEOS Automotive. The role will take responsibility for day-to-day creation and optimisation of the Prospect Relationship Management (PRM) programme via email marketing. The role will also manage agencies to develop, implement and deliver data driven content and email functionality to positively impact the engagement and conversion rates of prospects and leads into customers. Overseeing the keep warm programme for customers who have placed an order and are awaiting delivery of their Grenadier. Utilising the database, email, and website analytics to continuously optimise the performance of email marketing activations, by managing content creation process, functional builds and database segmentation activities. Manage the process of translating content for the website in the determined languages to meet Global customer needs and also develop relationships with Regional Marketing Managers to ensure email marketing plans are aligned with their marketing and sales objective.

As the Digital Marketing Executive you will bring:

  • Email marketing and direct marketing experiences with an understanding of how they integrate to meet brand and tactical objectives
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest digital marketing, email marketing and wider marketing trends and commercial best practice
  • Customer-oriented thinker, who uses insight to determine the right approach.
  • Experience co-ordinating several agencies to successfully complete multiple projects
  • Experience working with multiple markets/regions outside of the UK
  • Confidence & expertise in managing and influencing agencies
  • Critical thinking, not afraid to challenge decisions/suggestions
  • SAP or Salesforce experience
