The purpose of this position is to make production plan to meet sales demand of finished goods and to forecast raw material and packaging material demand by rolling forecast sales volume for own production and tolling partner. Inventory management of finished goods, raw material and packaging material, is key outcome of material planning activity.

Material planning is crucial successful factor in our business by securing stable and efficient production to meet business demand under extremely volatile commodity market situation.
On-time planning follows changes of raw material demand to prevent production interruption and sales demand. Accordingly, procurement volume of all raw material follows planning activity.
Under volatile commodity market situation, planning team has regular and irregular rolling forecast sales volume within the sales month to reduce deviation between production and sales volume, which results in maximizing effectiveness of our inventory.
Coordinating is one of major role between inter-departmental activity with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and sales team through S&OP.
Planning team has two production arms – own production onsite and tolling production to support own production off-site as tolling partner. Planning team has the same planning activities for tolling partners as well.

- Key Result Areas :
Development of supply chain management concept
Major Activities :
• Establish the optimized supply and demand management program through the accurate planning which will cover the customer’s requirement
• Improve business process with cost effectiveness and increase of service level
• Consolidate and analyze the cost data related to SCM in order to report monthly to supervisor on the economic
• Implement supply chain process linking the sales, logistics and production to form a mechanism that allow uninterrupted flow of information, materials and products to respond effectively and efficiently to customer needs and balance lead time
• Monitor the advanced process & new knowledge
Outcome :
• Support achieving business objectives by managing KPIs – Inventory of finished goods and raw material, Out of specification product, aged inventory

Major Activities :
• Ensure the right the production plan to meet with customer demand
• Ensure the right raw material & packaging supply plan to meeting with demand.
Work with procurement to ensure getting supply
• Proactively take ownership and take lead role to work with all stakeholders (procurement, production,
sales, logistics, etc) to solve any problem or potential problem which may have regarding supply
• Review required plans with responsible person by weekly
• Participate in production planning meeting with sale, logistics and production
• Monitor performance of planning activities
• Implement planning process like demand, distribution & packaging plan to support consistency of information required

Major Activities :
• Monitor and control FG and RM inventory level to ensure it meeting with target level
• Monitor inventory level regularly to support decision making on inventory management.
• Support trouble shooting for inventory shortage caused by production problem
• Implement inventory allocation rule for efficient order processing
• Prepare fundamental information to supervisor about the performance of minimum inventory

Coordination management
Major Activities :
• Support coordination to make plan and revise plan in order to cope with change of relevant parties
• Monitor coordination activity to improve order quantity of small-volume orders from clients and reduce order cancellation, change due to data input error
• Support handling of special issue to be compromised with relevant parties(RHQ, logistics and production)
• Propose solution to support decision making to overcome unexpected and uncontrollable internal & external impact
• Implement the export order coordination workflow to ensure process efficiency

Toll manufacturing management
Major Activities
• Develop and review tolling strategy and organize TFT to audit tolling operation
• Report operation cost for tolling service fee, transportation fee & unit cost
• Monitor and control tolling operation result of FG & RM inventory and daily production
• Tolling contract management by review of conditions and renewal of contract
• Develop and list up alternative tolling service providers

•. Sustain supply ability through stable tolling operation without business interruption

F. Required profile:
Level of education & Knowledge: University graduated
Experience in general: More than 5years’ of relevant working experience, particularly in petrochemical industries
Technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of export process, order processing & production
- Good knowledge of information system(SAP) for SD & MM
- Awareness of advanced SCM system and business environment
- Excellent PC skill including MS Office
