A. Purpose /Role of the job /: DCS panel operation
Objectives
- To operate allotted plant/process as per SOP
- Process control & troubleshooting
- Deliver production as per plan & required quality
- Facilitate maintenance, shutdown/breakdown jobs, scheduled cleaning etc.

Internal: Co-ordination with technical support workforce to execute jobs related to maintenance, shut down & breakdown

F. Required profile:
Level of education & Knowledge:
BSc (Chemistry), Diploma in Chemical Engineering (or other Engineering related fields)
Experience in general:
5 to 6 years of experience on chemical plant operation.
Technical skills:
- Safety awareness and experience in DCS operation
- Operation and understanding of critical interlock and alarm
- Smooth running of DCS operation

- Under the provision (111-A) of the Factories Act 1948, reading with Gujarat Factory Rules 1963 about General Health & Safety, Emergency response, handling of hazardous substance
