The Role: Customer Service Manager
Ensuring our global customer base receive an industry leading support experience either directly by INEOS, a third-party managed contact centre or through our retail network. Responsible for the control and resolution of customer issues brought to the attention of Inoes Automotive in a manner which actively upholds brand integrity and values.
Duties of the Customer Service Manager:
- Manage the Customer Services function ensuring that Grenadier owner and prospect enquiries are dealt with in a manner befitting of the brand and in line with key performance targets
- Strategically manage the Voice of the Customer programme (customer satisfaction) ensuring that key findings inform future business direction
- Co-ordinate resources from the global IAL team, and retail & services network, to ensure the appropriate response to customer issues at a local level
- Ensure that Grenadier customers remain loyal to the brand through rapid issue resolution, open communication and professional team conduct
- Manage, motivate and develop the Customer Services team ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
For our Customer Service Manager we are looking for:
- Proven track record managing a Customer Service Team (Automotive OEM preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills and experience of working with and influencing stakeholders on a Global basis
- Experienced in the use of Salesforce Service Cloud / SAP systems in a complex omni-channel business
- Knowledge of integrated telephony solutions
- A customer first mentality and the willingness to go above and beyond for them
- Experience of managing and motivating a high performing team
- Strong strategic ability with experience working within a customer-focused, high-growth, digital-first, tech platform
