Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your role: The job holder ensures Customer Satisfaction for new products, facelifts etc. during the product development phase in order to meet customer requirements by evaluating new products and services from a Customer Perspective and deriving recommendations in case of deviations. Additionally, will monitor and evaluate competitor solutions, by organizing benchmarking activities and monitoring the market. In addition, the job holder will be responsible for defining, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving of tailored made Customer satisfaction KPIs along the PDP. The Customer Quality Specialist manages the product and process maturity of the company´s projects by providing continuously transparency on the level of maturity and the critical paths in the project timelines for all relevant project members, in case of deviations appropriate actions will be defined and implemented.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead strategic projects on Customer Quality topics to improve Customer Satisfaction with all business partners during the Product Development Phase
  • Plan, control and lead budget for Benchmark Cars and Market Research according to business needs
  • Define, implement, maintain, and continuously improve methods to measure customer quality during PDP (to ensure customer satisfaction after SOP) and in case of deviations provide and track countermeasures. Align approach with business partners in After Sales and others
  • Define, implement, maintain and continuously improve challenging overall Quality targets as a foundation for business success for all business units, in case of deviations define countermeasures
  • Conduct regular Quality Checks during PDP and identify countermeasures on time. Use existing committee structure to place the Voice of Customer during PDP
  • Participate in Design meetings, Module Team Meetings, etc. in the case of need to address customer relevant topics
  • Provide benchmark solutions to Engineering as proposals
  • Close collaboration with Commercial on external quality sensors
  • Close collaboration with Directors and their representatives for definition and achievement on Q-Target
  • What we are looking for:

    • Technical degree in engineering or similar studies
    • 2-4 years in Quality Management in Automotive Industry
    • 2-4 years experience in the field of quality KPIs and customer feedback
    • 2-4 professional experience in the field of customer studies and market research and analysis in the automotive industry
    • Class B drivers license
    • High understanding and knowledge in how to improve customer satisfaction
    • Good market overview and knowledge of competitor solutions
    • Ability to create new quality standards and KPIs regarding customer feedback
    • High team skills
    • High empathy and very good communication skill, motivation skill and enthusiastic capacity – ability to adapt to diverse people and situations
    • High organizational skills and result orientation
    • Good analytical thinking
    • Very good English skills
    • Good MS-Office
    • Willingness to travel for business trips
