Country Manager (f/m/d) Home Office
YOUR JOB
As Country Manager (f/m/d) your role will be to support the implementation of the budget & business plan in Baltics/Ukraine/Moldavia/Belarus.
Your key missions:
- Optimize the business results through revenue/margin growth, operational improvements and cost reductions.
- Execute the short-term commercial guidelines provided by the commercial leadership team
- Maintain customer relationship and develop new business/customers
- Management of customer portfolio in the defined area
- Monitor competitor actions and market trends.
- Product Portfolio Management
- Support for credit management providing market information and customer data for credit evaluation as well as active follow-up for overdue level minimization and receivables management
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, business administration or (polymer) chemistry
- Several years proven business experience as account manager or business development manager
- Sound knowledge of suppliers, customers, competitive products, applications and processes
- Confident, customer- and result-oriented personality with an entrepreneurial spirit, who has a high degree of responsibility and perseverance, approaches every challenge with motivation and creativity and treats others with appreciation and respect
- Structured and analytical thinking skills
- Fluent in English, any other eastern European language would be a plus
- Enjoys working in an international team and is open to other cultures
