Corporate Responsibility Manager

Main role purpose:

The post holder manages the Corporate Social Responsibility policy and objectives of INOVYN and thereby supports the overall business strategy.  

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

  • Define, develop and manage the overall CSR strategy, objectives and certification policy.
  • Develop and coordinate INOVYN's CSR communications plan - including management and preparation of INOVYN’s Sustainability Report.
  • Test alternative CSR models to ensure that INOVYN is using the most robust methodologies and use such models to further enhance INOVYN’s business and reputation.
  • Develop CSR KPIs across all 4 pillars of INOVYN’s Sustainability Strategy.
  • Support embedding a CSR culture within INOVYN by aiding the Sustainability Manager to ensure the Company develops a culture of CSR/Sustainability activities.
     

Key skills & experience required:

  • Bachelor/Master graduate qualified to degree level in most disciplines including international studies, human rights, law, politics, public relations, business, and environmental management.  Post-graduate experience is beneficial with experience in Sustainability, CSR management.
  • Competent, knowledgeable and strategic thinker who can work autonomously to undertake the tasks required.
  • Good scientific/social knowledge with a solid understanding and practical demonstration of CSR skills.
  • Able to understand and deal with regulation, politics, governance and standards within the chemical sector at national and international level.
  • Proven management skills and a strong, clear and concise communicator.
  • Good understanding of commercial as well as business opportunities.
  • A passion for CSR and sustainability.
  • Logical and analytical thinker who is able to think holistically.
  • Able to put creative ideas into practice
  • Able to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural partnerships, simultaneously serving both the Company’s and stakeholder interests.
