JOB DESCRIPTION             

• Set and track of APAC yearly budget and monthly forecast under the guidance of immediate manager and reports the variance to Global and regional and teams.
• Support monthly forecast process
• Involve in the monthly business analysis and variance reporting
• Understand APAC fixed cost for responsible functions, consolidate fixed cost data and review with function head and highlight deviations
• Monthly reporting of APAC performance to assist key stakeholders for decision making.
• Any other tasks as assigned

Required Profile

• At least Bachelor degree in Economics/Accounting with focus on Controlling/Finance
• Min 5 yeas of experience as a Business Controller/Financial Analyst
• MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills are essential.
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Possesses an eye for details and sensitive to numbers.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage across all levels and disciplines of the organization
