Review, analyse and report on the business development in India so that management can make well informed and prompt decisions to achieve its goals, develop its strategy and determine its plans. Work closely with all function heads and facilitate improvements in daily work and prepare the annual budget.

Internal: Important factor is a strong partnership with cross function teams within India organization. This enhances the quality of controlling reports, analyses and executive summaries, financial results as per local and group reporting and ensures compliance to corporate and group policies. Complexity arises from determining cost and profitability for the ABS / SAN / PS product portfolio manufactured in a multi step multi site process and costed in India and the scope of customers.
External: Coordinate and work with 3rd parties like statutory Auditors, cost auditors and consultants

F. Required profile:
- Level of education & Knowledge: MBA Finance (2-years full time) or Qualified ICWA from Institute of Cost & Management Accountants
- Experience : 3-5 years post qualification experience in MNC manufacturing company
Technical skills:
- Understanding of Accounting Standards – IFRS & IND AS (Indian Accounting Standards)
- Understanding of Cost Accounting Standards, Principles and terminology
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Point and Word
- SAP knowledge is MUST; Good hands on experience in FICO module of SAP
