The Role: Business Analyst - Aftersales

Working closely within the wider INEOS Automotive Aftersales Team the Business Analyst - Aftersales will be responsible for supporting the set-up and operation of the Aftersales system landscape. The Aftersales Business Analyst requires excellent IT skills with the capabilities of working closely with the INEOS Automotive IT team to analyse the selected (SAP led) system landscape and support the business in formulating business requirements and process/ system flows. This includes the definition for all interfaces needed to connect the Aftersales system landscape with the PLM, QMS and Sales led system capabilities.

Duties of the Business Analyst - Aftersales:

  • Ensuring transparency throughout system development & delivery to ensure on time Go Live of the Aftersales system landscape
  • Coordination of all Aftersales business requirements for Aftersales system landscape development & delivery
  • UAT & TQA management to ensure seamless roll out & system reliability at start of operation to support the Aftersales Operation and the IAL partner network
  • Liaise with the Quality & IT teams as required and be confident to join cross-functional working groups
  • Develop and implement processes that provide KPI measures and reporting capabilities
  • Analysis of issues to identify opportunities enhancing vehicle quality whilst reducing operational cost

For our Business Analyst we are looking for:

  • This individual will preferably come from a Business Analysis/ IT consultancy background, have strong team skills and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations and deliverables
  • Strong level of education from an IT service based business with extensive data reporting development experience, which could include vehicle manufacturer or wider manufacturing trade experience
  • Recognisable IT qualification or experience based equivalent
  • Very strong drive for continuous improvement – a Kaizen mentality
  • Automotive/OEM experience would be desirable
