INEOS has an exciting opportunity for a Area Sales Manager to join our INEOS Composites INDIA LLP, business at our Gujarat (Baroda/ Ahmadabad) location. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Sales function. This position will report to General Manager – Sales.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Accountability 1: - Focus on achieving pre-defined sales target & business growth across the region with existing customers & distributor.
Accountability 2: - New business development for region apart from existing customer & distributor.
Accountability 3: - Understanding customer requirement carefully, suggest suitable products, involve technical team to get product qualified in shorter lead time.
Accountability 4: -Prepare the planning for promotion of the new product. Participate Into exhibition, conferences to promote company product, build Brand name & to identify new opportunities.
Accountability 5: - Follow up with customer & distributors regularly for end to end process of order receivable to payment collection.
Accountability 6: - Educate Customers on product features, processing parameters & how product will help them to improve productivity by reducing rejection.
Accountability 7: - End to end follow up internally with cross functional teams to meet the customer requirements & schedule.
Accountability 8: - Regular Customer visiting, making Minutes of meeting, Monthly/ quarterly MIS reports to Sales Head
Level of education & Experience in general
Bachelor’s degree In Any Stream (Chemical Engineering is preferable)
Post graduate degree in business management
Minimum 5 years of Experience.
SAP Experience is preferable
