For our office/site in Yeosu we are looking for a

Admin & HR Officer  (F/M)

Accountability 1 : Comply INEOS SHE guidelines, incident reporting, BBSOs, 20P, etc.

Most important activities:

  • Participate in sustaining better safety culture and support for incident free operation
  • Review annual SHE improvement plan for the team
  • Align with SHE KPIs and Targets set by site HRBP from time to time
  • Actively participate in Behaviour Based Safety program
  • Ensure that all incidents including Near Miss are reported, investigated and action items are tracked to closure
  • Ensure compliance with INEOS Group Guidance Notes (IGGNs) and INSTY Guidance Notes(SGGN)
  • Responsible for,
  • Commitment to learn, follow and practice INEOS 20 principles of Process safety and Behaviour safety through site rules and procedures.
  • Commitment to learn, follow and practice Life Saving Rules.
  • Following Management of Change as per the site procedure

Accountability 2 : HR

Most important activities:

  • Support & back up site HRBP on all HR matters at the direction of HR Business Partner
  • Support areas for HRBP
  • Management of Industrial Relations and/or Works Councils
  • Individual employees matters for the Site
  • Culture, Employee Motivation and Morale
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Time management
  • Competency development  with education
  • Develop Policies and Practices

Accountability 3 : Benefits  

Most important activities:

  • Maintain and implement employee benefits programs
  • Perform the research, analysis and design of benefit programs that are consistent with the company's business strategies and competitive in the marketplace
  • Maintain the National Pension/National Health Insurance/Employment Insurance/Industrial Accident Insurance, etc.
  • Time management of site employees

Accountability 4 : On time service to the requirements related to general affairs

Most important activities:

  • Manage general services from outside contractor - Cafeteria/ Telephone/ Transportation/ Parking lot/ Office lease/ Office cleaning/ Civil Defence service/ Security guard, etc.
  • Conduct the business related to Yeosu city, Yeosu industrial complex and the organization the company joins.
  • Review and Conduct the business related to local community and community involvement activities of the site
  • Review and update Site Business Continuity plans to meet the needs of the Site and to prepare any possible contingencies - Contingency plan for Communicable diseases, Strike, and Wartime, etc.
  • Provision of convenient services for employees such as office supplies, postal services, etc.
  • Managing and controlling the official seals
  • Organize meetings, catering, company events, etc.
  • Managing the office work environment

Accountability 5 : Shared Service Agreement for admin & general affairs incl. security management

Most important activities:

  • Review and renew shared service agreement on the terms and conditions in compliance with legal requirements and company policy for general services.
  • Establishes and updates relevant security procedures including site security plan based on IGGN.
  • Controls security management such as access control, employee identification, and safe guard of the facilities, etc.
  • Provide security awareness training for site employees annually
