Your responsibilities
- Account and sales management of INEOS Oligomers products, applying volume/price guidelines and developing new customers and markets
- Relationship management with INEOS Oligomers customers and internal functions ( i.e. Technical, Market Management, Credit Control, Legal, etc,)
- Pricing implementation in line with Market Managers pricing guidelines
- Monitoring of key metrics to measure success and refine processes based on analysis (i.e volume, contribution margin, forecasting, service infringements, etc.)
- Implementation of defined contracting strategy and monitoring of contract obligations
- Providing monthly demand forecasts & market analysis
- Customer offer development using marketing excellence tools (i.e. account planning, segmentation analysis, etc.)
Your qualifications
- Degree in an engineering or chemical discipline or Business Economics with relevant experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent relationship, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong business acumen and performance bias, able to handle competing priorities
- Capable of working under pressure and dealing with a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment
- Very good in analytics and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and German - knowledge of other languages, esp. French and Dutch, is useful
- Flexibility to travel 50 % of the time in his/her territory
