Account Coordinator - full time

Your responsibilities
  • Proactively aim to develop and maintain the relationship between customer and INEOS and strengthen our customer's loyalty and confidence
  • Act as first contact for the customers for all order-related/administrative sales questions for a defined customer portfolio
  • Liaise with other internal and external functions e.g. logistics and product planning at 8 European INEOS sites to provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash process. Following all steps from order entry to invoicing according to defined processes
  • Maintain secure and accurate customer records (General Data, Pricing, etc.)
  • Handling of claims, returns and price corrections
  • Display consistent, effective and strong customer service behaviours
Your qualifications
  • Italian mother tongue
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English - German language is an advantage
  • Commercial education or experience in customer service in industrial sector
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail and well organised
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills
  • Exceptional team player
  • Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP) plus strong skills in MS Office particularly Excel is an advantage
