Account Coordinator - Open for Referral Program

Purpose of the Job:

    • Handle order-to-cash operation: Interface with customers on contract preparation, payment collection, delivery schedule, price adjustment, invoice and account reconciliation.
    • Interface with logistic service suppliers to develop delivery plan and follow up delivery implementation.
    • Maintain related transaction data in SAP correctly.
    • Assist in customer complaint handling


Responsibilities / Accountabilities of the job:

    • Work with customers on contract preparation, payment collection, shipping arrangement, delivery scheduling, price adjustment, invoices issue and account reconciliation etc.
    • Work with customers and logistic service providers (LSPs) to develop monthly and weekly delivery shipping plan with the proper payment plans by customers.
    • Communicate with sales / customers regularly to understand their operation status and update customers on shipping status.
    • Maintain sales transaction database in SAP.
    • Monitor logistics service supplier’s performance and provide input for monthly KPI review.
    • Assist in customer complaints handling.


Required profile:

    • Good communication skill.
    • Good team work.
    • College or university degree.
    • 2 years’ work experience in supply chain, commercial, logistics or finance functions.
    • SAP experience in SD and *** model.
    • Master of Excel, Power BI skill is a plus.
    • Good English in reading and writing.
