2022 US Engineering Graduate Program

About

INEOS is a global manufacturer of petrochemicals. It comprises 39 businesses; each with a major chemical company heritage. INEOS’s production network spans throughout the world, 183 sites across 31 countries, generating an annual turnover of $65 billion.

After 20 years establishing itself as one of the world’s leading chemical companies, INEOS continues to grow. Through strategic acquisitions and revitalizing otherwise unloved assets, the business has flourished in an ever-changing, increasingly competitive marketplace.

In 2020 INEOS bought BP’s global Aromatics and Acetyls business and a new global healthcare business named INEOS Hygienics was launched. This business produces hospital grade hand gels, sanitizer sprays for hands and surfaces and sanitizer wipes, available for the home and to the public.

The INEOS Hygienics’ business was created during the pandemic when medical professionals desperately needed hand sanitizer and INEOS built six factories each in under ten days to produce millions of bottles to supply hospitals free of charge.

INEOS products make a significant contribution to saving life, improving health and enhancing standards of living for people around the world. Our businesses produce the raw materials that are essential in the manufacture of a wide variety of goods: from paints to plastics, textiles to technology, medicines to mobile phones - chemicals manufactured by INEOS enhance almost every aspect of our modern life.

Sustainability is fundamental to how we do business, using innovative ideas and processes to increase capacity, while reducing energy used in the petrochemical processes.
