The INEOS Hygienics’ business was created during the pandemic when medical professionals desperately needed hand sanitiser and INEOS built six factories each in under ten days to produce millions of bottles to supply hospitals free of charge.

INEOS has 10 manufacturing sites in Belgium, 6 in the Antwerp region, with others in Feluy, Geel and Jemeppe. These manufacture products for 7 different INEOS businesses - Oxide, Olefins & Polymers, Phenol, Oligomers, Inovyn, Aromatics and Styrolution. There are a number of vacancies at these sites for a variety of engineering disciplines. We recruit from all major disciplines including chemical, mechanical, electrical & instrument, and process control.
As an engineering graduate, you will be part of our Graduate Programme, which ensure you are developed and progressed, typically over a 5-year period.
Engineers are at the very heart of our business. We have multiple opportunities and can offer progression to all. Whether you are an engineer who wants to specialise in a particular technical discipline, or who wants to take on management responsibility, we want to hear from you.
