Last year INEOS bought BP’s global Aromatics and Acetyls business and a new global healthcare business named INEOS Hygienics was launched. This business produces hospital grade hand gels, sanitiser sprays, and sanitiser wipes, available for the home and to the public.
The INEOS Hygienics’ business was created during the pandemic when medical professionals desperately needed hand sanitiser and INEOS built six factories each in under ten days to produce millions of bottles to supply hospitals free of charge.

Hence being geographically flexible is essential. Each role will provide you with a new challenge and enable you to gain a wide range of experience and networks essential for aspiring future leaders.

The Requirements
- Outstanding degree ideally in a numerate, engineering, or science related subject
- Commercial interest and aptitude
- The ability to work under pressure, with confidence
- A drive for action, initiative, and delivery - a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English
