Last year INEOS bought BP’s global Aromatics and Acetyls business and a new global healthcare business named INEOS Hygienics was launched. This business produces hospital grade hand gels, sanitiser sprays for hands and surfaces and sanitiser wipes, available for the home and to the public.
The INEOS Hygienics’ business was created during the pandemic when medical professionals desperately needed hand sanitiser and INEOS built six factories each in under ten days to produce millions of bottles to supply hospitals free of charge.

The Commercial Graduate Opportunity

If you are interested in a business role, then our European commercial graduate programme is for you. This 5-year programme will provide you with a breadth of experience early in your career. You will typically move roles every 2 years – this will involve moving between different countries, INEOS businesses and functions. Hence you must be geographically flexible. Each role will provide a new challenge and enable you to gain a wide range of experience, essential for anyone aspiring to be a future leader.

To be considered for the scheme, you will need a minimum of a Master degree, ideally in a numerate, engineering or science related subject, along with:
- Commercial interest and aptitude
- The ability to work under pressure, with confidence
- A drive for action, initiative and delivery - a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills
We will consider recent graduates with up to two years relevant work experience
