About the Role
We are looking for an engaged and solution‑oriented Project Engineer who wants to contribute to the development and execution of high‑quality projects. You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will receive responsibility, professional challenges, and the opportunity to influence both processes and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects from start to finish
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Contribute to tender processes and cost estimation, including presenting and requesting approval of costs to INEOS management
- Perform quality assurance, risk assessments, and documentation
- Maintain contact and collaboration with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Support continuous improvement of methods, work processes, and technical solutions
Qualifications
- Engineering degree within a relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience in project management; newly graduated candidates are also encouraged to apply
- Education in mechanical engineering; experience from the construction industry is an advantage
- Strong skills in relevant IT tools (e.g., Autodesk software such as Inventor, BIM tools, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of technical drawings and project methodology
