Project Engineer
INEOS Tyssedal is looking for an engaged and solution‑oriented Project Engineer who wants to contribute to developing and executing high‑quality projects. You will become part of a multidisciplinary environment where you will receive responsibility, professional challenges, and the opportunity to influence both processes and results.
Key Responsibilities
In the Project Department:
- Plan and coordinate projects from initiation to completion
- Prepare technical drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Support tender processes and cost estimation, and handle requests for cost approval
- Provide technical assistance to departments/teams
- Perform quality assurance and risk assessments
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement of methods and work processes
In the Building Department:
- Follow up on infrastructure, buildings, and INEOS Tyssedal as its own building municipality
- Follow up on shared water and wastewater systems
- Facilitate and carry out maintenance work related to the points above
Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience with project management is expected, but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Background in construction or civil engineering is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
