HR BP (6 months Temp)

The primary purpose of the HR Business Partner role is to assist HR Manager to support and deliver strategic business partnering, facilitate manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention in Asia. The role holder will work closely with HR Manager, HR peers and business stakeholders within and across businesses where appropriate to ensure the 
coordinated delivery of high-quality HR support to the business / function. 


o Support HR Manager and work closely with Asia function team. 
o Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on HR related matters. 
o Interface with external stakeholders of HR activities where Asia operates (China Mainland, China Taiwan, Malaysia, India, Japan and South Korea).


Required profile: 

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with min. 3-5 years of payroll experience in Human Resources or related filed. Extend to APAC/Asia region) or SSC working experience is preferred.
- Experience in Chemicals or industrial setting with general experiences in all aspects of Human Resources. 

Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant employment law. 
- Must have computer skills in HRIS systems and reporting and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
- Good command of both English & Chinese, written and spoken. 
- Able to work independently as well and meet deadlines.
